Workmen’s Compensation Insurance
As an employer you have legal obligations and a duty of care to your employees. If your workers sustain bodily injury due to an accident arising out of, or in the course of, their employment, you are required by legislation to pay compensation.
Apart from the statutory liability, the employer may also be liable to his workmen under common law. A Workmen's Compensation policy helps the employer meet its relevant obligations to employees. The cover may include assistance in meeting the appropriate costs of investigation, defense and other compensation awarded by the court.

การประกันการความรับผิดตามกฎหมายต่อลูกจ้าง
ในฐานะที่ท่านเป็นผู้ว่าจ้าง ท่านมีข้อผูกพันตามกฎหมายที่มีหน้าที่ในการดูแลในเรื่องสวัสดิภาพของพนักงานของท่าน ถ้าพนักงานของท่านได้รับบาดเจ็บซึ่งเป็นผลมาจากอุบัติเหตุที่เกิดขึ้นในระหว่างการปฏิบัติงาน ท่านมีความรับผิดตามกฎหมายที่จะต้องรับผิดชอบในการจ่ายเงินค่าชดใช้ให้กับพนักงาน
นอกเหนือจากความรับผิดตามกฎหมายแรงงาน ผู้ว่าจ้างยังอาจที่จะต้องรับผิดต่อพนักงานภายใต้กฎหมายอื่นๆ กรมธรรม์ประกันความรับผิดตามกฎหมายต่อลูกจ้างยังช่วยนายจ้างให้สามารถปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขภายใต้กฎหมายนั้นได้ ทั้งนี้รวมถึงค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินการสืบสวน การต่อสู้คดี และจำนวนเงินที่นายจ้างจะต้องชดใช้ให้แก่ลูกจ้างตามคำสั่งของศาล
