Products Liability Insurance
If your product causes bodily injury to, or damages the property of, a third party you may be held liable. Your case will be subject to the jurisdiction of the country in which the product was purchased. Not only will the manufacturing come under scrutiny; labeling, packaging, instructions, installation, service and other elements of the product can all be attributed blame. When a product causes damage, the right to take action is certainly not a right limited to citizens of the USA or other litigation-conscious countries. All over the world people can and do take action against manufacturing firms including importers they believe have been negligent. QBE PRODUCTS Cover will indemnify you for compensation awarded in court and costs associated with defending the claim, both of which may be substantial.

การประกันความรับผิดตามกฎหมายต่อบุคคลภายนอก

การประกันความรับผิดตามกฎหมายต่อผลิตภัณฑ์สินค้า
ถ้าผลิตภัณฑ์สินค้าของท่านเป็นสาเหตุที่ทำให้บุคคลภายนอกได้รับบาดเจ็บ หรือ ทรัพย์สินของบุคคลภายนอกได้รับความเสียหาย ท่านอาจจะต้องรับผิดตามกฎหมายในสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้น ทั้งนี้จะขึ้นอยู่กับกฎหมายของประเทศที่ผลิตภัณฑ์ของท่านได้ถูกซื้อไป บางครั้งสาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิดการสูญเสียหรือความเสียหายนั้นอาจจะไม่ได้เกิดมาจากการผลิตเพียงอย่างเดียว การติดฉลาก การบรรจุ คำแนะนำการใช้งาน การติดตั้ง การบริการและส่วนประกอบอื่นๆของผลิตภัณฑ์อาจจะเป็นสาเหตุของการเคลมได้เช่นเดียวกัน เมื่อผลิตภัณฑ์สินค้าของท่านเป็นสาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิการสูญเสียหรือเสียหาย ไม่ใช่เพียงแค่บุคคลที่อาศัยอยู่ในประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา หรือประเทศอื่นๆที่มีอัตราการฟ้องร้องสูงจะมีสิทธิในการเรียกร้องค่าเสียหาย แต่ทุกคนทั่วโลกที่ซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ของท่านก็สามารถที่จะสามารถฟ้องร้องผู้ผลิตได้แม้แต่ผู้นำเข้าผลิตภัณฑ์สินค้านั้นๆก็อาจจะถูกฟ้องร้องด้วย กรมธรรม์ความรับผิดตามกฎหมายต่อผลิตภัณฑ์สินค้าจะชดใช้ให้ท่านสำหรับค่าเสียหายที่ศาลสั่งให้ชำระให้แก่คู่กรณี คิวบีอียังชดใช้ให้แก่ท่านสำหรับค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นที่เกิดขึ้นในการต่อสู้คดี ซึ่งค่าเสียหายทั้งหมดที่เกิดขึ้นนั้นอาจจะเป็นจำนวนที่สูงมาก
